What we test, and to which standard.
Windows are tested as a complete assembly, not as a profile. The values on our product pages come from these tests on the configuration we ship, and we will send the report for the exact build you order.

Seven checks before a crate is closed.
Incoming profile
Alloy grade, temper, wall thickness and coating thickness checked against the mill certificate. Rejected lots are returned, not re-graded.
Cutting & machining
First-off sample measured; ±0.3 mm on cut length, ±0.2 mm on hardware holes.
Corner joint
Corner crimp depth and injection-glue fill inspected; a 2 m diagonal check on every frame.
Glazing
Glass build verified against the schedule, setting blocks positioned, gaskets continuous at corners.
Operation
Every operable sash cycled 20 times; lock, handle and roller adjustment recorded.
Water test
Spray test at the specified pressure on a sample of each configuration; failures are stripped and re-sealed.
Packing
Unit number, opening mark and elevation reference on the crate; photo report filed against the project.

Packing that survives a monsoon crossing.
Frames are crated vertically, sashes separately, glass in A-frame racks. Corner protectors, EPE wrap and plywood crates with desiccant; every crate carries a unit-numbered packing list so the site can receive by elevation rather than by guesswork.
