A factory in Foshan. A service network in Thailand.

Vanora has been extruding, finishing and assembling aluminum windows and doors since 2010. Since 2016 a growing share of that output has gone to Thai villas, hotels and housing projects.

01 — The company

Fifteen years of doing one thing.

We started in 2010 as a fabricator supplying local developers in Guangdong. The first export order left for Manila in 2013; the first Thai project — a 14-unit villa development in Bangna — shipped in 2016. Today the plant runs three assembly lines and produces around 120,000 m² of windows and doors a year, of which roughly a third goes to Southeast Asia.

We are not the largest factory in Foshan, and we do not try to be the cheapest. What we have kept is the habit of building to a drawing: every order is shop-drawn, every opening gets a unit number, and every crate leaves with a packing list that matches the elevation.

02 — Capability

What we actually make.

Six series cover most of what leaves the plant, and the same detailing language runs through all of them: a real thermal break, EPDM gaskets, stainless hardware, and a drainage path that leaves the frame below the track.

Extrusion & finishing

6063-T5 profiles from partner extruders, powder coated or anodised in-house lines, 40–80 μm coating thickness checked per batch.

Cutting & machining

CNC double-head saws and four-axis machining centres; punching dies are made in-house so a new series can be tooled in three weeks.

Assembly

Corner crimping and injection-glue corner joints, glazing on a tilt table, then a water test on every operable unit before packing.

Glass

Tempered and insulated units from two CNAS-accredited suppliers; each unit is stamped with the build and the tempering mark.

Hardware

German and Chinese top-tier hardware depending on series; stainless internals standard on all coastal specifications.

Packing

Corner protectors, EPE wrap, plywood crating, desiccant and a unit-numbered packing list inside every crate.

03 — Thailand

Why Thailand, specifically.

Thailand imports around USD 26 million of aluminum windows and doors a year under HS 7610.10, and China supplies about 77% of that by value. That means Thai buyers already know Chinese product — and already know the difference between a good and a bad one. Price alone does not win the second order.

Our Thai work is built around three things: documentation that clears customs without argument, details that survive the monsoon, and a person the client can reach after the container is empty. We keep a Thai-speaking sales contact, provide Thai-labelled packing lists on request, and hold spares in Foshan for air freight within a week.

04 — Shipping

How we ship.

Three commercial terms, quoted side by side so you can compare landed cost rather than unit price.

FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou

You nominate the forwarder. We deliver to the port, handle export declaration and provide the packing list and BOM for your customs broker.

CIF Laem Chabang

We book the space, insure the cargo and hand over documents at destination. Recommended for first orders.

DDP to your site

One landed price including Thai duty and VAT, cleared and delivered. Best for villas and small projects without an import licence.

05 — Contact

Who you will talk to.

A named sales engineer handles your account from quotation to after-sales — not a shared inbox. English, Chinese and Thai are all supported; drawings are issued in English by default, with Thai or Chinese annotation on request.
